...the fingers (r) were lightly 'ow' again yesterday. *alarm bells*
recounting activities, was probab. my lifting some boxes to clean out closets. then i carried mail packages with my *r* arm out of habit whilst walking to p.o. geez, you'd think i'd remember by now.
so! massage. when i press down certain tendon/muscle areas of tricep i feel like i'm manip. the puppet strings leading to ends of fingers. it's an icky feeling.
eating B-6 now.
